I suspect the recent share grab that was shouted down was only attempted because it's becoming clearer OBJ will not make that target in time.
Having said that, the fact directors originally expected they might make that target is good enough indication for me.

I wonder if they have a plan B where P&G have "promised" a substantial upfront Licence fee for the next platform which might get them over the line for those performance shares? I would not be surprised if their relationship is that good! All IMO!
