    VCR have stood alone up until now and i see no reason for them to not continue this up until commercialisation and beyond,,,sure a share placement will be needed down the road at sometime but hopefully the sp will be a lot higher by then,,,,therefore the placement of shares will be somewhat smaller in numbers.
