    However Paul Little has been in transport his whole career starting off with tnt then leading a management buy out with the other half of tol, Rowsthorn of Peko Wallsend Group which became TOL.
    So not driving a rigg does not matter, but the ability to change the landscape of Australian logistics from scratch takes smarts, b@lls and a bit of mongrelness... all of which Little has. And more.
