Redlight, thanks, it's positive both because it maintains the relentless city-a-week performance (which must be somewhat demoralising for the opposition), and also because it happened in January, which has been historically a quiet month for Redflex in the US.
A comment on one of the US sites suggests that Redflex may now regularly be the high bidder - but still winning a large slice of the business. To me, that spells profitability.
