AG and JS bought shares recently because they wanted to throw money away by getting massively diluted.
You can theorize all you want. AG knows exactly what is going on with the company. So rather than make up stories, in my view it is better to follow the actions of insiders.

Sirtex - CEO sold, SP crashed
SGH - CEO/Chairman buys, SP ....?
