I still do not know how the deal work exactly. Lets assume Lynas generate enough free cash to repay japanese loan in 2-3 years which I believe it is likely to happen first. So without Japanese loan is Lynas free to borrow money from the bank to repay Mt.K to avoid heavy dilution? or it is not up to Lynas?
