Like most of you I received notice of the Norseman Gold PLC (Incorporated in England and Wales) AGM to be held at 12 noon on Friday 30/12/16 at Tulla's office at Suite 5, Level 2, 2 Grosvenor Street, Bondi Junction.
We have been invited to accept receipt of the 2015 and 2016 Accounts; Reappoint the Auditors and re-elect David Steinepreis as a Director.
I would assume this invitation isn't a bit a nostalgia by NGX but is a statutory requirement otherwise, why bother? Seems to be sweeping the decks for something given there are 2 years worth of accounts to be accepted
If anyone in Sydney is able to drop in we might get some idea of what's happening.
Cash at 30/6/16 was $843k vs 13.8m in 2015 (p19).
Retained losses $182m (p17).
Don't expect too much good news
