I think any buying below 4 cents is good buying now word is getting out although below 2.9c may be tough because there aren't many shares for sale until 2.9c

I think many investors had been stupidly ignoring RLC when they looked at 2 c and thought well GPP and RMX are at a similar price. This is why many hadn't been jumping on this week until today.

If they checked they would have seen that we have up to 10x less shares on issue as those companies. Then if we consider the massive amount that directors hold then even less is available. This is why we saw lurkers pouncing on any shares that are put up for sale.


So what we know for sure is

1. We ($3m MC) have LIT's ($50m MC) managing director on our board
2. We just ditched assessing other potential acquisitions except a Lithium brine project.
3. This lithium project is suitable to tech extraction (LIT specialises in this)
3. Directors are happily being paid in shares and seem very excited about Lithium in the recent announcements
4. Other companies using tech extraction (CAS & LPD) are trading at around $30m MCs


We have 158m shares on issue with directors owning a lot and the Top 20 own 105m out of 158m. That leaves only 53m shares outside of the Top 20 and 14m of those were bought yesterday alone. I suspect it is insiders buying up the way everything is being grabbed at low prices.




So potential for a very large fast rerate, like other recent lithium plays once they confirm the acquisition. I think with the share markets doing very well now and the XMAS slowdown coming up the board will have everything sealed and announced soon.
