2 points id make:
1. VRC doing exactly what mns did at the same point in life cycle. We know the result is success and SP rise.
2. A PFS has never dropped a share price in graphite space where the SP was stable like in the case of VRC. Unlike SYR or MNS etc the SP was already at elevated unsubstantiated prices by the time PFS was released. VRC MC $70 mill is hardly an overstatement of a billion plus NPV.
They don't know how to Compare situations imo
