Must admit I'm a bit surprised by some of the threats that are being made here, '1 more year or else', to be fair I wasn't at the AGM so not sure what these signs/gut feelings that others picked up on. From where I sit this board has done an amazing job getting us to were we are now. Sure we all, the BOD included, would love for it to have happened earlier but most of the false expectations have been our own doing, being holding 7 years now and seen plenty of over confident dot joining in that time, some is now starting to become reality other stuff has fallen by the way side. That's normal.

There are many here who have expressed frustration at the slow process to release products. Let's be clear, all the BOD can do is 'Lead the horse to water' they can't make it drink. Having a product that we know works is a only part of the journey, we still need to convince the likes of P&G, please remember these guys have huge internal R&D programs that also take years to pop out a new product, imagine how many they must have sitting in the background waiting to see the light of day, some may never. There must have been countless meetings that Jeff has sat in on trying to convince a group of people that his '300% better tech' should be taken up asap when these same people have themselves invested years and reputations and potential future bonuses in their own new products. This can be very cut throat and the best tech doesn't always win.

I'm very confident that indeed the 'Coconut has been Cracked' but won't be shocked if it takes a little while longer for the milk to start flowing.

I agree Snac656 and I cannot believe how someone like CMK 1969 who has openly declared just how big a position he has and how he has bought in so low, can actually not have the gratitude and appreciation that if it were not for the current BOD he would not be in such a fortunate position.

And hearing Glyn say that after all the changes and restructuring that the BOD management of Obj have had to endure with P&G and that we are now finally in a very good relational position with P&G ...the last thing we need is the destabilising process of bringing new blood to me, would be quite dangerous.

If he were to go back over the stock market the last ten years there would be very few stocks that would have achieved the substantial profit that he has achieved and to put out a threat that he will give the board 12 months and stating clearly his intention to ecercise his power as a shareholder to enforce his position is totally baffling to me, as he has one of the most profitable positions.

Adding more key people to the board can be a positive process, so long as it is the right people and when we have the stronger revenue support, but to state this under the vale of a threat like I will give this board 12 months as well as claiming that certain people are not up to standard, stating that they have failed to deliver is completely unrealistic in my opinion....I am as a long term holder, extremely happy with progress to date,

And last point, I cannot separate Obj's technology, business model, it's financial management and expansion of real products with the very best Global players from amazing achievements of Obj BOD to date, this is the result of a very talented and committed BOD. Yes I do see new blood in the future, but only as a result of a very successful and accomplished BOD steering our company forward and not a forced dead line due to the accusation of incompeteance.

CMK 1969 the reason I am responding so strongly as a number of new people who I have introduced to OBJ are now nervous and alarmed by your posts on OBJ's BOD.

All in my opinion only and I strongly suggest we use Hotcopper as only a part of our research, but also research past historical documentation as a lot of info on these thread are posed as facts when they are not.
