Thanks for this. You clearly made a warning in good faith and I and others would be much better off if we had heeded it. There were some assumptions which I made about the company which proved to be extremely false and I have paid for this lack of research and poor judgement. Next time I will treat your posts with the respect they deserve.
However SMN has fallen along with ACR and if we had moved our money when the price for SMN was 2.50 (one of your suggestions) we would all be down the drain even further than we are now. This is sloggers point and it still stands. So as of today, such a move would have been a mistake.
I take your point that SMN probably has better prospects than ACR in the short term on the basis that ACR has no prospects at all in the short to medium term, and in my view it does not have the right people in place to exploit the long term prospects that it does have.
Good to see a director falling on his sword, because both the board and management need to be thoroughly cleaned out. Back in the day, I used to know Bruce personally (he was my boss for 3 years) and I know for sure he was very capable and I can only presume still is. This makes me suspect sadly that he is gone because he cannot get change and does not want his reputation damaged any further by the chumps who are actually in control. Hope I am not right here - as things may now be even worse (if that's even possible).
