I understand 'that all hell would break loose' if Lagoon Creek results were withheld from market and that is a given.....................however that does not change my assertion that "somehow" the results for Laramides Lagoon Creek wont be available until after the Demerger. Either they will have been held up in the lab, or something equally plausible!!
Given the fact that drilling started on Nov 30th.....and assuming samples were not sent to the lab until end of Dec ...........and assuming a two month wait on results, this then puts results towards the end of Feb, which is close to trading date of NUP (assuming shareholder approval of 5/3)..................which then makes it very easy to conveniently release drill results after listing with no questions asked. This I believe would be the preferred scenario for ARU, and in their best interests
My call is that these results will be released between 1 and 2 weeks after 5/3/07
I spoke to Dennis O'Neil about this exact subject during the recent roadshow and he gave the correct company version, which was that any results from drilling would be imediately released to the market, even if this was before listing date.
