yeah i have been thinking about scandals cryptic clue as well - you are right that it is probably in relation to iron ore but i can't what exactly it could be - maybe the chinese military wants a stck of iron ore for its weapons etc and are seeking that through CKI - and as a consequnce that is why CKI is taking a bigger stake in CZR...thats the only thing i can think of
