Thats fine if your including the OA's for calculating the MC, but you may aswell include the $2,421,456 cash backing which would likely add immidiate value to Intiger. With that extra cash, who knows, maybe Lilly would already be released, or maybe MOU3 would be in 2016 Q4. Apple and Apples mate.
