Perhaps seeking legal advised to ensure wording of any announcement does not incriminate them. This legal advise will be essential whether the SP plunges or pops up. Either way lots or shareholders will not be happy. Those that are holding will be furious if it tanks, those that sold in the past 6 days of trading will be disgusted if their market update on the 2nd Dec was inaccurate to the down side.

Any possibility there could be a new agreement with a retailer in China to stock or expand product. This would potentially have a significant impact of projected revenue. On the flip side it could be a Chinese retailer ceasing to stock Bellamy's products.

Bellamy's would be so sensitive to not providing a update without a trading halt? Perhaps the ASX would not provide a trading halt in this circumstance. Perhaps someone who knows more can inform me please.
