How in earth can you not blame management (or lack there of) companies don't run themselves, unless that's your experience, they generally need management to make things happen!!! Its all up to management, it worries me if you've been involved in the game and you don't understand that one principle.. its all about management.. and in our (KAI) case its all about the halfwits that are in positions of management!
