I must say I am extremely disappointed with Xero. As from previous comments I have been a massive fan of Xero and work with it every day. I am a gold partner and use all their software every day
Xero has changed its partner program and made it a lot harder to get to gold status. My account manager has given our firm bonus points but if I do not achieve certain targets they are going to drop us to silver status.
I had a lengthy conversation with him and gave him my feedback. Previously I had lived and breathed Xero but I am considering meeting with the quick books area manager who has been chasing me for over a year now
Xero,not sure what your strategy is but wow, very poor decision that may destroy your potential future goodwill
