mmmm...if the announcement is simply that a new commercial arrangement is in place for Intevia (something we had two years ago!) then is there any reason that the market would think it would be worth more than it was two years ago when the Textron deal was inked??
If the announcments goes into length about Nasdaq and all sorts of other sexy stuff then who knows....
