Or is it that RC et al is really saying "we are in a very Vulnerable position and we may get taken over too cheaply, so we are trying to make deals that prevent this from happening OR we may have to issue more shares to dilute the MacB shares ( and every all share holders)
I suspect they are getting worried about a 50 or 60 cent offer that could be taken up by shareholders.
