In many ways the CV in it self is irrelevant , I really could not care if Nick was a used Hoover sales man before coming to Alexium , but there should have been a retraction of the AJX 2013 employment statement made to the market in the interim years .
There are other issues to that no one has commented on ie why was Alexium Government solutions a company set up to access the US military , closed down quite recently , and I have no recollection of this being made public to the market and how does that affect getting govt contracts ?

That the court case with Susta was not mentioned in the last Annual report correct me if I am wrong but should that not be a requirement under section 237 of the corporations act
Then there is the massive wage increase for both NC and Gavin when sales have not met the $18,5 baseline to date , yet the guys doing the hard yards but hsould be remunerated for perfomance Brookins et al are on relatively fixed income
We were also not told about the lack of progress with Euroflam , also the "(weight 3-4X too high) "not mill spec compliant" Nycolon and Nuvalon have very high Add- on Weight "I had to find that out myself !
Yet we were told at the time how great it was !
And now those previous emails are public knowledge via a court website there are several names in there that have been talked about in a rather awful way and if those individuals got a hold of that info how would they respond personally was not a wise decision by NC to write that I feel
