I think youve generally hit the nail on the head and the clowns selling at 16C are just that. However, I suspect the capital that is required is must be raised before GSAs can be signed and here lies the conundrum. lets hope the vertigan gives us that $1.50 to $2.00 you speak of. Then all the GSAs already pencilled will turn to stone, and the true value of CTP realised. Then a fair T/O offer transpired. Something like that.........
