    I agree at first i thought this was a bad sign, but maybe he just had to sell to free up cash.
    It is good someone paid a premium, but what information have they given him to buy the shares at a premium, why haven't they shared with the market that same information.

    I am waiting to see some improvements in revenues and cost cutting before i buy, i think its worth watching.
