Perhaps specify how much churn ? Decreased by 1% , 5% , 10% ,100% ?
How was this attributed ? Source or proof of research ?
Selectively looking at data is an age old trick in the minds of CRM.
Exhibits ABCD
How is this quantified ?
A chatbot with auto-suggest feature is deemed to deliver time savings. The questionable part is whether the customer's query was fulfilled. Closing a chat with a customer on a pre-specified can make the matrix messy.
- Is this accounted for ?
- What were their measurement mechanisms ?
- What was the benchmark ?
- Who conducted this research ?
- How was the research paid for ?
I am afraid this statement is misleading at best. If you have worked for finance any paid marketing will bring 2-4% conversion at best. If you believe that Flamingo can bring better than that in terms of conversion while maintaining a high audience growth then not only are you mislead but probably fed incomplete data.
Higher audience numbers means saturated data and saturation often leads to abandonment. Saturation also leads to gross generalization on any matrix. That's why most companies try a segmented approach at product introduction.
That's what will happen with Flamingo. Before the nationwide learn's anything, Flmaingo will learn that selling to enterprise is hard.
Independent research should be devoid of exchange of money. Perhaps you should see SF's landing page and see how they are claiming improvements based on independent research. In Australia, claiming research for commercial gains where none exists is illegal.
Perhaps you should see SF's landing page and see how they are claiming improvements based on an independent research.
If read properly they both are interviews with the CEO of this company and not independent research.
I beg to differ.
Hearsay ? Source ?
Directors are free to say what they want. The only source of trustable information is ASX declaration which holds the BOD accountable for misleading statements.
Oh, but even after trialling the product they decided to abandon. The cost of abandoning in these situations is greater than the actual cost of keeping the product on.
You and I both know the
cost of training your staff
the cost of another feasibility study
the cost of retraining
the cost of maintenance
the cost of reintegrations
the cost of change....
Welcome to the world of startup where the speak of the management defines the company.
Let's talk about a single primary difference between BRN and CR8. BRN is a hardware startup dealing with neuromorphic tech. CR8 is a SAAS startup.
A 2 man in their garage can build a chatbot app.
Exhibit's ABC
86 Mil for a SAAS without a predictable revenue.
I agree and hence it is not correct to compare BRN and CR8. Both have different audience and different demographics.
You are talking about cross portability and IP imports.
I am talking about integrations
Say your company uses asana for task management, slack for network feeds, slack bots for notifying and networking calls , AWS lambda to send automated serverless calls to inform network engineers about service deficiency, shopify as ecommerce would your flmaingo system integrate with all these softwares.
No it is not.
No practical machine on the internet is immune to DDOS.
I think you are generalizing backdoor entires with infosec.
What are my credentials ?
Perhaps , you should ask Salesforce who keeps sending me these payments !
No it is not.
The core is a centralized proprietry code that runs most form of auto suggest which will be fed back from a central sql answering queries previously encountered. They will have a templating engine in the middle which will do the heavy lifting for most queries.
Perhaps, you should then understand why your market is only limited to US and AU. Welcome to the world of EU where antitrust is a thing !
And yet you say this will be hosted on cloud ? Without an API, good luck protecting your IP from whichever cloud you choose.
Good luck.
You are a smart cookie ! Kudos to some good responses.
