Yes and no....some no doubt will leave the area...some will retire..some will transition out of mining altogether. But if a resource is confirmed and a business case can be made within economic / profitable parameters...then it would be years of permitting etc etc etc before anything resembling mining takes place....too late for Stawell Gold Mines processing facility and associated TSF's etc etc...and who knows who (if anyone) owns em by then....but Kirkland Lake still are in the game at Stawell (even skeletised) and I think still 11% of NML...time will tell...all the best to all.
