I'll respond, because I think I started this

Firstly, I just want to make it clear that I have absolutely nothing against hearts.
Most posters with a heart thoroughly deserve it - although I have come across a few (past and present) who I find a bit dodgy, but that's just my opinion, and I'll leave it at that.

What I do have a problem with is posters who clearly follow them around, and then drop a hearts name here on the DT thread in an attempt to try and "sell*" a stock to us, so they can make a couple of pips.

Surely it must annoy the hell out of the hearts too. A stock isn't ready to run until it's ready to run. "Selling*" it too early just leads to false starts, and usually ends up being a quick spike then stuffed. Punters are then more cautious when the time IS right.

Yes - it annoys me, for reasons stated above - but mostly it annoys me because it's clear that some posters are just relentless blood sucking leeches who come here to make a few pips off someone else's work, and they don't seem to mind naming the posters they're sucking from.

*"sell" as in pitch, convince people to buy.
