psa approval...probably not jv

it seems we are all a little disappointed....due to our expectations of a JV not being met (IMO).....

I have read the announcement 3 times.....and

my take on this announcement is that it is in relation to the formal signing of the PSA b/w the 3 parties......

the JV has been agreed upon, but not yet finalised......

first we had government approval of the PSA
second we have all parties subject to the PSA sign the formal documentation...
next we will have the JV signed...(though as per the announcement, it looks as though
they have agreed on everything)..

why go into trading halt? dont know.....but it now makes sense why canmex didn't do the same.....

just my opinion of course
