During scale up, some parameters improve others don't. do you know what the overall performance is as this sort of technology is scaled up?
Are you aware that there is an optimum size for both performance and economics?
Its quite simple to determine these scale up issues.
However, The intermediate plant size or demonstration plant would be very useful is confirming these calculations. Overall not a big risk from an engineering standpoint
My main issue was the height of the original tower which was proposed to be 1km high. No concrete structure has been built that high. The tower height has been reduced since that original proposal
