You have to understand how the company will be valued. They have no manufacturing/plant/equipment or farms/cows.
They have goodwill in the form of their brand name which is in rapid decline.
They probably have contracts with coles/woolies to supply which is worth something. But they will also have liabilities/obligations to their suppliers and their contract manufacturers.
So it would be interesting how they would be valued by a potential suitor.
