You would be surprise how much money WHO and UNICEF do spend each year (someone posted it previously and from memory it was in the billions USD) so $20M is minimal cost to them, but I agree, the revenue stream wouldn't be that great from the WHO and UNICEF usage (I think it was an agreement with the Gates foundation), but this arrangement will give RAP a lot of data to improve the diagnosis accuracy.

A majority of the revenue will be from developed countries for "piece of mind" checks.
