Using adjectives like "imminent" are dangerous as they setup expectations in the market. Let's say we don't get the permit for another three months - credibility lost. They would be, in my opinion, better off just saying "all prerequisites for permit approval have been completed by the company and we await updates from the Peruvian authorities in regard to approval" No emotional word, just hard facts.
