Approximately 57% of shares are held by the top 20 shareholders... with 14.5% held by one holder alone (Black Prince Private Foundation).
A takeover is highly unlikely.
These guys are not going to let their golden goose go cheaply!
Oh and by the way... re this talk of Laura having "sneakily" sold her shares at an inflated price. This was fully disclosed at the time and in line with BAL's Corporate Governance Securities Trading Policy, (there are blackout periods and limited trading windows, i.e. four weeks after financials have been announced and four weeks after the AGM).

And as far as I know, she still holds around 1million shares (i.e. 1% and a top 20 shareholder) under Vermillion 21.
