quite frankly, not issuing any asx announcement prior to some news paper article is shameful.

I no longer care what this company ceo or management thinks, or says or does regarding this process.

as a previous shareholder whom has supported this company for the past near year simply do not wish to be treated like the last guy to know about matters regardless of how big or small any deal is.

as far as I am concerned the way this company deploys its strategy or technique of transparency is becoming what I feel a breech of asx listing requirements or corporate responsibilities.

finding data or transactions conducted by the company through media papers in another country is a disgrace along with a complete an utter joke that me, myself will no longer stand for and accept being treated in such a way.

as I have also said, I really what this company does and can do, but now no longer will accept its corporate governance whilst being listed upon the ASX as an australian listed security due to such lack of concern for shareholders such as myself whom demand, timely transparency, end of story.

get management to fully disclose and I would consider investing again in Adacel, but not while newspaper from other countries do their reporting for them. /end of story again!
