well it aint a w@nk for me.
also, do not underestimate the banks ability to deal with people who accrue property. Once you hit 5+ properties they WANT to deal with you.
They bend over for you. The BDMs will bargain for a better rate often .8 or .9 off the current variable - and when they get a parcel of cash off the money market cheap you will get 1st go at a good rate IE St. George's 6.95 for 5 years on offer last week (it may still be on offer), is a good example.
So to the doomsayers, rent away, make me rich.
