I agree that a price higher than $3 would be in the ball park - and this excludes the upcoming Zinc spin off and what ever follows.

I also like to hold GIR for the Snake Well gold project that is scheduled to produce gold in late 2007. The company may be understating the gold reserves. This is a greenfield project that will be a good cash cow for GIR.

I would like to see Snake Well spun off into a separate company, but I think the major shareholders of the company want to keep it as a long term prized asset.

Any one have any new information on Snake Well?
