Ann: Trading Halt, page-35

Haplo I believe said Tony mentioned at the AGM all results have gone through teck first before being released, they are definitely holding back at this point I actually know for a fact they are, but can't post how I know that on here, but take my word for it I have no reason to BS right now the trading halt is already in.

At this point it's for mine 100% teck are coming back in some form, if they were out we would have seen the cerro results before now, the two biggest question for me are:

1.Did we manage to get MDP and loma bonita or not and what did we have to pay for them?

2.What will the market do if teck just plain buys back in no negotiation and these cerro results aren't released in the Friday announcement, thats my worst case scenario right now.

It would leave us completely up a creek without a paddle, we have seen how the market reacts to RIO lack of disclosure, if we have teck doing the same game, we will be pretty farked.....

Please don't screw us Tony if teck comes back we need to see the reason why they suddenly changed course, don't hang us out to dry on this one, we backed you here don't screw us over.
