From the 3Y notice he owned over 44m, he now owns 41m. According to pcaruso he would have needed Board Approval. So Ken would have known. Yes he sold after some good news re native title, or did he? Perhaps it was before that. My bet is there some super good news to come, the share price will fly and you will be scratching your head as to why he did not wait. I saw him do this at Tng years ago. Sold a few prior to great news and did himself out of about 50% gains. You will discover he is very honourable. I have known him a long time.
So as I posted yesterday, my strong bet is there is great news just around the corner and the share price will fly.
