You wanna get some property ? - SELL ya shares (I assume thats why you'd be on hotcopper), buy a flat on the beach in Melbourne Chelsea, Seaford etc all going cheap for under 250k and rent the place and stop whining.
and hey if it means no broadband, no flash car and no flash clothes then do it for a few years and be happy that you wont come on hotcopper moaning that you cant afford a home.
