Here's an opinion and example on why a takeover wont happen.
Since the article 25% of LHM has been sold to the Chinese and with that it is possible that a clause in the Sale of the 25% covers any takeover of PDN. ie with the LHM the Chinese have first option to it. (Remaining 75%)
The devil is always in the detail.
