MNS - UAL Acquires Non-Core Aust. Exploration Assets from PDN

For all those who have an interest in Uranium Africa Ltd UAL
(MNS's demerger of Uranium Assests and pro-rata distribution of shares in UAL),
please find attached an announcement I found on the Paladin Energy Ltd (PDN) website dated Wed. 14/12/2016, which advises that PDN has now sold a number of non-core Australian exploration assets to Uranium Africa Ltd (UAL) for $2.5m. The assets sold include the Oobagooma and Angela/Pamela projects located in Western Australia and the Northern Territory respectively and the Company's interest in the Bigrlyi project located in the Northern Territory. Also included in this sale package are a number of historic applications for tenements located in the Northern Territory.
