Amex ... what are your comments on this news? You have been saying that there would be an equity swap and so there is, and you have said that PE wanted Intevia .. well they have sold it BUT kept a firm presence by way of a 10% holding (which could act to block a takeover by anyone else post-NASDAQ float.
A timetable for the NASDAQ float would have been nice .. but given that Kelliher has resigned ... it can't be too long before the float when he will assume the role of "President".
