How about those who bought in the first 10 mins on Dec 2? Those people would really have been hurting.
Anyway, the issue isn't about incurring losses after disposal. The issue is that investors bought at an inflated price. So damages paid would be based on the price someone SHOULD have paid when they bought the shares.
Even if you hold shares nowthat you bought between the dates, you are entitled because you bought shares at a higher price.
