well spotted, thats what im waiting to see. had a long chat with md. discussed the fear of dilution and he said that was uppermost in their minds when structuring. financing has been arranged for some time but no details released yet.
my financial analysis was simplistic but the reality is the business throws off truckloads of cash, has high barriers to entry and they will unassailably be the largest medical waste disposer in oz.
i think that getting bigger will help them get on insto radar. its a classic type of small cap stock they may well like
