Really if you read all the 2016 newsletters never once have they ever suggested that they had any issue with customer as a disruptive player they should bnot have.
So why this suddenly appearing " We intend to improve our competitiveness based on continual internal testing and careful consideration of market feedback. We are committed to invest more money into our customer value proposition—meaning we will seek to deliver the highest-quality products and service for a better customer response, which will allow us to progress our pricing to enhancing commercialization. "
Why say any of that unless you have had push back - in a disruptive environment you have customers clammering for it. Look at Tesla - I don't see any comment about not being able to supply to volumes or customer focus - they are talking the disruption , the next wave and the huge demand / need out there...
That is normally what you got from this companies newsletters - why then suddenly start talking about this - why the need to improve competitiveness - its already disruptive. Tesla also has competitors but he is the leader...
That whole statement has been bothering me and continues to bother me... Why seek to deliver highest quality products - I already assumed they were doing so - that's what I expect. A better customer response - why would they need one?
I must say I already thought the base products were commercialized. They now had to be sold to each individual opportunity.
Its just so out of sync with previous newsletters.
