Those 750k shares, plus probably another boat load on the 7 & 8th represent well over $10m.
The funds that purchased will probably be wanting to have a deeper investigation. I can see the lawyers getting involved possibly for a class action.
GW and the board should be performing a forensic audit of everyone in that meeting.
Dr Katherine Woodthorpe must be feeling some heat right now - a new board member with a background that would contain many high profile contacts. If not the person who spoke out of turn then she should be pressing for some action right now so as to not besmirch her good name.
