SRX is worth so much more without these managerial muppets stuffing it up. If only biopharma were in a better place, a TO bid would have already been made by Bayer or Shire or Teva (better than their previous lowball) or Astra Zeneca or Valeant.
If Dr Woodthorpe can't carry out her fiduciary responsibilities within Australia's corporate governance rules, Cafa, then she should resign and not become a lameduck Laura McBain/ Catherine Livingstone type figure (BAL is presently suspended for governance issues: COH could have been similar but 4 lack of rules at the time). Sholders should insist of not having someone on the Board hamstrung by a lack of credibility in fulfilling her fiduciary duty.
Cafa, if ur insinuation is correct, then the SRX governance is in such a mess that there should be a wholesale clear out of the Executive and the Board IMHO.
