    @wotsup, yes I can't recall seeing reincarnation mentioned in the Bible, but just because it's not specifically mentioned, does that necessarily mean it's the work of the Devil (as whereu hinted)? I can't see anything particularly evil about it.

    IMO, it goes against the Bible (God's word).
    Not to mention, if something is not in the Bible, it doesn't give a licence to add it to God's word or plans. It is this type of thing that is possibly the cause of all the differing faiths in the world.
    Dabbling in this type of thing IMO - you run the risk of opening the door to Satan. Nothing may ever become of it, but there is the risk.

    Take some of these people that go on these pilgrimages, re- the Mary events. They are totally convinced they saw things or received messages. I say yes, there is no doubt they did, but they "are not" from God and yet it is impossible to convince these people otherwise.
