it will be a mix of both - i'm sure the board has thought oil will go to 90$ and all will be ok - we all know their skills at forecasting and management.
I dont understand why people keep saying they are cash flow positive - what happens when they need to invest in infrastucture ie maintenance etc. You just cant cut cost to the bone and say great job in this industry - you will get left behind and no one will invest in you.
cashflow is nt just about today but about the future
