i reckon they ought to spin out K2u into its own IPO, and give TV2 holders a free in specie distribution.

raise just enough for a good marketing program and cash for light administrative, with no director bonus, and a very light salary for a director.

The product is full featured ready for marketing release, and they have just pushed it aside to push all their cash down the throat of the TARA OTT.

I dont want to see it pushed aside, it has more potential than all of the tara deals in emerging markets that have the hiccups.
(of course this indo OTT deal has legs, but why should K2u play second fiddle, and for how long?)

A 1 for 1 in specie distribution with a forward rec date for TV2 holders, would actually create buying support for TV2 in the interim.
