Well I think the market decided (& others in the last few weeks) that news is a bit further off than some anticipated.
if they don't won't to be perceived as being held to the timelines and whims of sinopec, what else have they got to pull of the hat? I realise they limited funds and focus but they need to have more strings and not just talk. I am sure they are aware of that but imo they need to be proactive with the market - it will pay off for them done the track. I was at that meeting and unfortunately there was no presentation, just the vote. nice biscuits though.
