yeah sounds like that should be the reason but i just checked out some stocks like PSD, CUV and MBP just for a quick squizz and they're all institutionally backed. i can't for the life of me understand why they wouldn't back something so important as VCR extended life..... ???? would geezer have an opinion about that you think?
